Shipping Policy - Your credit card is not charged until your order ships. Products must ship to a physical address. Our default carrier is FedEX. Secondary carrier is UPS. Use of secondary carrier is at discretion of Smarter Comfort. We do our best to ship your order next business day. We will notify you via phone or email if your product is temporarily backordered or for any reason cannot ship by the end of the next business day after we have received your order.
Cancellations -Smarter Comfort must be notified of all order cancellations by email cancellation@smartercomfort.com . If Smarter Comfort is notified of a cancellation prior to an item shipping, there will be no restocking fee. However, after a product ships, there will be a 20% restocking fee and the customer must pay for all shipping associated with the return. A Return Authorization number when the cancellation call is received.
Returns - ALL RETURNS require a Return Authorization Number. Contact us at returns@smartercomfort.com for return authorization. Unused/Unopened products must be returned within 60 days of receipt and will be subject to 20% re-stocking fee. Customer must pay for all shippping associated with the return; WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING A CARRIER THAT PROVIDES A TRACKING NUMBER. Smarter Comfort is not responsible for lost or stolen or damaged return shipments. Refund will be issued within 1 business day after product has been received by Smarter Comfort and passes inspection as unused and undamaged and in the original packaging.
WARRANTY RETURNS - If you have received a defective product:
Smarter Comfort must be notified of a defective product within 60 days of receipt. Technical Support at Smarter Comfort must confirm correct installation before authorizing a warranty return. On products returned per warranty, Smarter Comfort will issue a return authorization, pay for return shipping when shipped per our instructions, and replace the warrantied product including shipping. Returned product must be received by Smarter Comfort within 14 business days or we will charge for the replacement product, including shipping charges. If you choose to return a warrantied product without receiving a new replacement, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
